The move aligns with xAI’s strategy to train on 230,000 GPUs and launch another supercluster built on a jaw-dropping 550,000 GB200 and GB300 chips.
Whether or not the funding is finalized, Musk recently stated “we have plenty of capital”, the deeper message is unmistakable: AI infrastructure is now a primary competitive frontier.
