Twispi's primary goal was to design and develop a comprehensive platform that empowers employees while equipping employers with advanced talent management tools. The platform was built to provide a seamless user experience for employees and business owners alike, offering key benefits such as salary advances, medical services, and an anonymous reporting inbox. Employers benefit from a robust system of KPIs and mobile notifications that optimize decision-making and HR management.
SpaceDev’s contributions
Successfully completed 32 two-week sprints following an agile methodology, ensuring iterative and continuous deliveries. The project remains ongoing with new feature development and continuous technical support.
Collaborated with internal and external teams to design and build an all-in-one platform that includes salary advances, medical services, an anonymous reporting inbox, mobile notifications, and an advanced KPI system.
