Blockchain Summit LATAM 2023 - Blockchain Crypto Holidays

Juan Manuel Sobral, CTO of SpaceDev, participated in an insightful panel discussing real-world asset (RWA) use cases, a notably lucrative and controversial area of blockchain.
The panel was part of the second edition of the Blockchain and Crypto Holiday Conference, itself a segment of the Blockchain Summit Global. The discussion was moderated by Pamela Gonzalez Perilli, Lead Blockchain Developer at Web3 Pro. The first introduction was made by Valentín Jaremtchuk, co-founder and co-CEO of WIN Investments, which provides a tokenization ecosystem for investing in sports and supporting athletes. Fedor Bogorodskiy, owner and CEO of Streampay, followed, focusing on CrossFi and the evolution of digital payments.
When it was Sobral's turn, he shared his thoughts on the impact of digital investment in the art world, using the example of a Picasso painting that was tokenized and sold by Sygnum Bank. The final speaker was Pablo Zanetta Ferraro, MSc in Digital Currency and lawyer at Cryptovolution, who emphasized the importance of legal research and consultation in financial ventures involving blockchain, given their regulatory implications.
