Ethereum Argentina 2023

Ethereum Argentina 2023 was one of the region's most important blockchain events, bringing together 110 international speakers, 20 technical workshops, around 30 sponsors, and over 3,000 attendees in Buenos Aires.

The event included a Buildathon hackathon where teams competed to build Web3 solutions, alongside a packed conference schedule covering the full breadth of the Ethereum ecosystem.

SpaceDev's CTO, Juan Manuel Sobral, delivered a keynote on "Blockchain: Shaping the Future Landscape of Ethereum Wallets." The talk covered the evolution of wallet types, security features, and how the next generation of wallets is making self-custody accessible to everyday users, not just crypto natives.

Ethereum Argentina reinforced that LATAM is a serious player in the global Web3 ecosystem — and that builders from the region are contributing meaningfully to where the industry is headed.
